Digging deeper into 1600+ photos

Working through my photos from Sanibel is very pleasant - memories, smiles at the antics of the birds and people, the musky smell of the marsh. When you stop and watch and wait, the birds can be pretty funny. Territorial fights are common and we often saw seagulls chasing ibis or herons to try to get their catch.  Lots of bird and feather and water noise!
Here's a few that I liked from the first few hundred I've gone through.

When you stand still these little guys run around you - but always with an eye on you.

Must have a seagull in a photo somewhere!

The wonderful little blue heron was captivating

Territory fight!

The white pelicans always seem stately to me.

The birds gathered at low tide - note the roseate spoonbill on the right

Grace in motion
