Refuge Thursday

Refuge activity was quite slow Thursday. A sunny day, so very few duck hunters out. Nice to see the Red-tailed and Harrier hawks as well as the Kestrel. 

Fall colors are wonderful..but you have to like shades of brown and orange!!

Refuge Friday

Lots of Western Grebes around, especially around the White Pelicans as they eat.  Snowy Egret flyby, frogs and geese..a potpourri of wild beings at the refuge..
