Backyard stuff

 It's warm enough to be sitting on the back deck and while doing that, there are a lot of birds to watch.  Here's some additional birds that I've seen..

California Quail - noisy and beautiful

A couple of Flickers

Yellow-rumped Warbler again - it seems that it doesn't like hanging off the feeder so it flutters and gets the bark butter in the holes.

The ubiquitous male House Finch

Of course, the Scrub Jay shows up periodically..

Chickadees are still around, mostly raising their young..

Backyard Beauty

The beautiful American goldfinch amongst the new leaves.. 

Meep...meep

 During our recent trip to Kayenta a Roadrunner followed us out of the outdoor patio where we had lunch. It posed for a few shots, then went on its way.
