Moonrise over Erda

I was sitting in the garage with the door open keeping Murphy company as he ate - one of his requirements - when the moon rose over Erda last night. The photo op reminded me a little of Ansel Adams "Moonrise over Hernandez" so I had a bit of fun with it doing a b&w for comparison.
Absolutely gorgeous with the clouds and colors and composition available.  Hope you also enjoy.

Once again the admonition to look behind and around you when shooting paid off.
