Just outside the window of the motel we stayed at was a large pond, with several signs to beware of alligators. Sure enough, one showed up and after a while began stalking a Great Blue Heron. No luck for it...so off it went.
Wonderful day - ocean breeze, warm weather, no snow or ice or smog to contend with. I feel better already :-)..
The walk to the beach yields the flower - spider lily - and the beach provided the birds and the beach scene. Nice to be back.
