Welcome to 2013!

As an older friend of mine says often, "If I had known I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself!" - which reminds me that the solution to most of the world's problems is not knowing what to do but having the will to do it.

Happy New Year to all - Mom is 91 and counting; just like the Energizer Bunny she gets right back up when knocked down and keeps on going. And - despite all the health issues she has, she can still smile and stick out her tongue.

So stick out your tongue at all your problems and carry on as if there was no tomorrow.
