Tuesday followup

Yesterday at the refuge I saw a Coopers hawk, not one that I normally or have ever before seen out there. It seemed a bit lost, flitting for post to Russian Olive tree.  Perhaps it was.
A couple more photos grabbed my attention this morning - here they are..

Well, the first one really wasn't at the refuge but was on my way to the car to go there.

These two of raptors looking out (while keeping an eye on me) incorporate the background in which they live, albeit hazily.

Sitting at the boat launching area waiting for whatever, these leaves beckoned to me.
