We got a good number of small kids - they are the best 'cause they are most excited about all of the costumes and celebrations and candy! Kids came until about 8:30, then everything quieted down. It was a nice evening, in the 50's, and some of the kids took advantage of the leaf pile in our front yard!
Diana decided that she should carve a pumpkin - first carving in several years. While looking a bit goofy in the daylight, it came out very fierce in the candlelight!

How cute!! I always loved Halloween. We don't get any up here in the "weeds" as Norm calls it and I do miss seeing the little ones. Cute photos.....the one up there on the right...I don't know what she's supposed to be, but her headpiece reminds me of the head full of hair rollers that women used to use back in the 60's. Looks like she doesn't quite know what's going on and trying to figure it out. The other two have it down "pat", and are delighted. Did I get that right??
