My first visit to the refuge in too many months..fortunately not many folks around and quite a few subjects. Here's the ones I liked the most..
Black-necked stilt scratching the top of its head..glad I have arms..
Killdeer standing guard close to its nest....
Lovely Meadowlark serenade...
Sleek Snowy Egret..
Juvenile Pied Bill Grebe with adult..
Great white Egret hunting..
Tern looking for food..
The goose parade...
Sandhill cranes along with a Red-winged Blackbird..just coincidence they are in the same place.
