Refuge Saturday

Diana and I were up watering our gardens in Centerville - we have a couple of plots that we are using - and decided to meander up to the refuge briefly. We found a couple of newcomers - Greater Yellowlegs and a Cattle Egret. Mostly hot and quiet out there.

Quite a splash - and he didn't catch anything!

Greater Yellowlegs - a stop on their migration path.
