Uintas in June

I took a quick trip up to the Uintas this past Sunday, checking the snow levels for future trips. Amazingly, with all the snow we had, I was able to drive up to the summit of the Mill Hollow road - about 10,500 ft.
It was pretty barren there, some snow still around and the first plants just pushing through the dirt to grab the sun. Wildflowers are out or just coming out. Here's a couple of shots.

Mill Hollow reservoir, a favorite fishing spot for many.  It's at 8500 ft.
