Our friend Rick is in town for a couple of days so we took a ride to the Bingham mine overlook - first to the top of Middle Canyon and then up to the overlook. At the top, there was snow and hoarfrost on plants and a very cold breeze! The beauty was incredible and next time I'll dress better and spend more time there.
Here's some shots from the day - views from the top of Middle Canyon and then the view of the north side of the canyon itself, then the mine and some other cool things.
Looking over to the North side of Middle Canyon - note the dusting of snow.
View down to TAD from the top.
Hoarfrost on plants and snow on the summit - 9000 ft.
