Dog is lame, weather is too hot - what to do?

Shoot morning or evening photos in the back yard seems like the right thing for the moment! That plus a bunch of 'Honey Do's" (did I mention I'm retired?). Or set up your flash and camera for a daylight shot of white orchids that looks like it was shot in the dark. Whatever turns you on!
